The Newman University Chorale and Troubadours will present their first concert of the year Sunday, Oct. 12, at 3 p.m. in the De Mattias Performance Hall on campus.

In celebration of Newman’s 75th Anniversary, the concert will highlight songs from the years that were prominent in the development of Newman University. Years highlighted through song include 1933, 1958, 1973 and 2008.

“There’s definitely something for everyone,” states Deanne Zogleman, Director of Music.

As a special treat, the NU Chorale and Troubadours will be joined on stage by special guests, the ASC Wichita Center Choir as well as members of the NU faculty and staff. Admission for the concert is only $5 and tickets are available at the door.
