Mathematics and other science alums invited to visit with favorite professors Feb. 8

All these former professors – as well as current faculty members Barbara Sponsel, John Vogt and Lori Steiner – will be on hand Saturday, Feb. 8 in the Heimerman Science Center at a special event for mathematics and other science, nursing and allied health alumni.

Faculty will be available to reminisce with alums about class-time memories, celebrate professional achievements, and catch up on the latest news. Other alumni and former faculty from biology and chemistry, as well as Newman President Noreen M. Carrocci, Ph.D., will also be present to celebrate science education at Newman University. The president will make a presentation at 6 p.m.

The event begins at 5 p.m., and includes free refreshments and a prized keepsake for alums.
