The Newman University Music Department will present their annual Christmas concert
“The Magic of Christmas” at 3 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 6, in the Performance Hall inside the De Mattias Fine Arts Center.

Joining the Newman University Chorale and Troubadours will be the Newman University Concert Band and special guests, the Cheney High School Choir and the Clearwater High School Blue Notes.

“What a great chance to hear talented collegiate and high school band and choirs bringing in this magical season with songs of Christmas. I personally am looking forward to hearing the combined choirs of 120 voices sing our traditional ending number, “O Holy Night.”

The cost for this special event is $7 for adults, $5 for students (college age and below). The concert is free for NU students with ID. Tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis at the door. The box office will open at 2 p.m. and doors open at approximately 2:30 p.m. Come enjoy “The Magic of Christmas” and fill your heart with sounds of the season.
