The Newman University Directing II theatre class will host the 2016 Act-One Play Festival “MultiPlaycity II.” The plays will be presented at 7 p.m on April 7 and 8 in the Jabara Flexible Theatre, inside the De Mattias Fine Arts Center.
The plays and the students who directed them are:
- “Dinner for One” by Lauri Wylie – Directed by Hannah Ryel
- “Blithe Spirit” by Noel Coward – Directed by Mary White
- “The Zoo Story” by Edward Albee – Directed by Wesley Williams
- “Alice in Wonderland” by Charles Turner – Directed by Josie Jenkins-Stankiewicz
- “Three Days of Rain” by Richard Greenberg – Directed by Alison Byrne
Concessions will be available between shows.
Ticket Information
- General Admission: $10 for full festival, $3 for individual shows
- Staff/Faculty/Military/Student: $5 for full festival, $2 for individual shows
- NU Students: Free
