Newman University will host the annual Family Weekend event Oct. 5 – 7. All family and friends are welcome so come out and enjoy a weekend of family fun provided by our Campus Activities Board (CAB)!The schedule of weekend events is as follows:
Friday, Oct. 5
- 4 to 7 p.m. – Family Carnival
Petting Zoo, Stuff-a-Zoo Animal, Tractor Rides, DJ and BBQ served at 5 p.m.
- 7 p.m. – Sloppy Joes Improv Show
Located in the Jabara Flexible Theatre
Saturday, Oct. 6
- 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. – Volleyball Tailgate
$100 raffle from the NU bookstore, Chick-fil-A lunch, Photo booth, picture frame making - 7 to 9 p.m. and 9:30 to 11:30 p.m. – Wichita Ghost Tours
