This year’s Family Weekend Festival is set for the weekend of Oct. 22 and 23. The fun begins at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 22 with students, their families and friends of the university enjoying an evening of games, rides, face painting, music, a petting zoo, pony rides and more. Friday’s events conclude at 7:30 p.m. and take place on the Founders Plaza in front of the De Mattias Fine Arts Center.
On Saturday, Oct. 23, participants will have a chance to win more than $600 worth of prizes playing “The Deal is Right” beginning at 8 p.m. in the Dugan-Gorges Conference Center. Both events are free.
