The Newman University Music Department will present their spring musical, theatrical production “To The Stage” Friday and Saturday, April 25 and 26 at 7:30 p.m. in the Performance Hall of the De Mattias Fine Arts Center. “To The Stage” includes many songs from Broadway plays including “Hairspray,” “The Phantom of the Opera,” “Les Miserables,” “Rent,” “Aida” and “Mary Poppins.”
“There’s something for every member of the family,” said Director of Music Deanne Zogleman. “As a pre-show, we will be presenting a video montage of the Troubadours trip last November to New York City at 7 p.m., so plan to arrive early! The house will open at 6:45 p.m.”
Tickets are $7 for adults and $5 for students and children under 10 years of age at the door.
