Annual Fund Phonathon begins Feb. 1

Jan 21, 2010

The annual Phonathon will take place Feb. 1-18, with current Newman students placing more than 3,000 calls to alumni inviting them to contribute to the Newman Annual Fund.

This year’s goal is to raise more than $15,000 to help support scholarships for future generations of Newman University students. “Last year, we exceeded our goal, earning nearly 250 gifts totaling $16,200 for scholarships,” said Molly Fox, director of Development. “I hope this year our alumni will answer the call and give as generously as they can to help future Newman students.”

If you are a student and would like to volunteer for the phonathon, contact Fox. If you would like to make a gift to the Newman Annual Fund, please contact Fox or visit GivetoNU.
