Newman University President Noreen M. Carrocci, Ph.D., right, and Newman Board of Trustees Vice Chairwoman Linda Snook hosted a luncheon for the Most Rev. Michael O. Jackels, Bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Wichita, and Alice and Dale Wiggins following the university’s Spring 2012 Commencement ceremony May 12. The three were awarded honorary degrees from Newman during Commencement.
