ELA is a yearlong professional development program that is designed to cultivate the next generation of enrollment leaders though sessions focused on leadership skills and key enrollment management issues.

“I am looking forward to connect with other professions within the Enrollment Management field,” Bowman said. “[I’m also looking forward] to learning more about best practices and how to apply it in our own processes.”

Quinn will attend monthly meetings and webinars, as well as the Regional and National College Board Colloquiums. Sessions are facilitated by participants, current enrollment management leaders and members of the College Board staff. Topics covered include leadership, enrollment management, financial aid, college readiness and further information about the College Board.

“It will help me learn how to best serve students that are considering Newman as a college option and help us find those students that have a fit with Newman,” Bowman said.
