Senior Newman University student Joseph Baalmann of Andale sits among the more than 150 packages of toys, school supplies, clothing and other gifts donated by Newman students and employees for the “Christmas Angels” program.
The packages will be shipped to a clinic, a kindergarten and the Village of Hope orphanage in Tanzania for children impacted by HIV/AIDS, all operated by Newman’s founding and sponsoring order the Adorers of the Blood of Christ (ASC). The effort was sponsored by the ASC Community Leader Senior Project and the Koinonia Service Club.
