Campus Ministry and the Campus Activities Board (CAB) are partnering to bring an event to the Newman campus designed for college-age women. The College Women’s Conference will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 3, in the Newman University Dugan-Gorges Conference Center inside the Dugan Library and Campus Center.
The event is designed to help college-age women learn good health habits and gain insight into having healthy relationships. Keynote speakers for the event include Sarah Swafford, founder of Emotional Virtue Ministries, and 1985 Newman graduate Diana Crook, M.D. of Lakepoint Family Physicians.
