FOR STUDENTS ONLY: Come join us for the first two Wednesdays in March for relaxing yoga sessions led by Sonja Bontrager as we take time to reflect and refresh. Yoga mats will be available to students who need them on a first-come, first-serve basis. Light snacks will be provided sponsored by Student Affairs and the mental health project coordinator.
