Free tickets available to see Troubadours in Kansas City area April 3

The Newman University select vocal ensemble the Troubadours will travel to Olathe, Kan., to perform at 3 p.m., Sunday, April 3 at the Bell Cultural Events Center, on the campus of MidAmerica Nazarene University, 2030 E. College Way in Olathe.

The Troubadours will be the special guests in a program led by noted composer, arranger and choir director John Leavitt, that will feature the MidAmerica Nazarene Heritage Choir, Concert Choir, Symphonic Choir and Orchestra. The program will include an encore performance of the Heritage Choir’s recent performance in New York’s Carnegie Hall of Leavitt’s REQUIEM.

The concert is free, but tickets are required. A limited number of tickets are available from Newman Director of Music Deanne Zogleman.
