The Newman University Jets men’s basketball team fell to the Wichita State University Shockers 80-62 in an exhibition game at Charles Koch Arena Wednesday, Nov. 10.
This was the second pre-season exhibition game this year by the Jets against NCAA Division I opponents. It was also the second consecutive year the two Wichita schools have played each other before the start of the regular season. The Jets played its first exhibition game of the season against the Kansas State Wildcats Nov. 2 in Manhattan.
