Assistant Professor and Field Coordinator for the Masters of Social Work Program Barry J. Koch Ph.D., at Newman University in Colorado Springs, Colo., was chosen to receive the “Hero of Mental Health Award” by Aspen Pointe, the central mental health agency in Colorado Springs. Koch will receive the award at the 2010 Heroes of Mental Health Luncheon on Tuesday, Oct.12 at the Cheyenne Mountain Resort, in Colorado Springs.
