The KU School of Medicine-Wichita and Newman University are beginning a monthly health and wellness education lecture series, HealthPulse, which is open to the public.
The HealthPulse lectures will include lunch, and will take place on the Newman University campus, 3100 W. McCormick, in the Dugan-Gorges Conference Center.
The first lecture will be from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sept. 9, where Jeffrey Davis, M.D., will present “Prostate Health: Truth on Testing and Treatment.” Dr. Davis is a clinical instructor of Family and Community Medicine at the KU School of Medicine-Wichita and a urologist at Wichita Urology.
