Newman community invited to priority brainstorming sessions

Mar 18, 2021

It is going to be a busy spring on the feedback front.

Newman University cabinet members are hosting a series of brainstorming/listening sessions throughout the remainder of the 2021 Spring semester to gather input from community members.

Cabinet members will serve as meeting facilitators for each discussion.

Session are focused on one of the university’s top priorities that President Kathleen S. Jagger revealed during a community meeting earlier in the academic year.

“We were able to hold one session (Student Life) in December and another (Mission) in January and were extremely pleased by the engagement and input from faculty and staff members,” Jagger said.

“As I mentioned in community meetings, we want to include as many ideas from a variety of perspectives throughout campus. As the best ideas ‘bubble up’, we hope to identify initiatives that can be put into action to have a positive impact for our students and the university as a whole.”

Below is the schedule for remaining of the brainstorming sessions. Each session will be offered via Zoom. Meeting links have been sent to all faculty and staff through their university email addresses.
