Newman hosts Baccalaureate ceremony at Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception

With the adjustment from two graduation events each year to one single event in the spring, Newman University made some changes to this year’s graduation event locations. Due to the anticipated large number of graduates attending this year’s Baccalaureate ceremony, the event was held at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in downtown Wichita. Previously, the ceremony had been held in St. John’s Chapel on the Newman campus.

The ceremony consisted of a Baccalaureate Mass and reflections from four Newman University graduates: Sarah Balderas, Anita Guidry, Janel Tickles and Amal Ullah.
