The Newman University men’s basketball team will open the 2010-2011 season with an exhibition game against Kansas State University. The game will be held Tuesday, Nov. 2, at Bramlage Coliseum in Manhattan. This is the second consecutive season that the Jets have opened with an exhibition game against an NCAA Division I team. Last year, they competed strong against Wichita State University at Koch Arena.
