Newman University was listed by Best Psychology Degrees in its March 2015 article about “30 Great Small Colleges for a Counseling Degree (Bachelor’s).”
Newman was part of the list that included schools located from Florida to Alaska. The author tabbed Newman as 25th in the nation.
Point College (West Point, Ga.) was ranked first. Alvernia University (Reading, Pa.), William Jessup University (San Francisco, Calif.), St. Xavier University (Chicago, Ill.) and Lesley University (Cambridge, Mass.) round out the top five schools.
