Marjorie “Marj” (Westwood) Chance, who sponsors nursing scholarships at Newman University and played a key role in establishing the School of Nursing at Newman, is featured in the “Chat with the CEO” section of the Fall 2013 issue of Via Christi Life magazine. Chance, who has been a generous supporter of Newman for many years, received a Doctor of Humane Letters, honoris causa degree from Newman University in 2011.
