The Newman University Chorale and Troubadours will present the spring musical production “Dancin’ Through the Decades” at 7:30 p.m. April 28 – 30 in Performance Hall, inside the De Mattias Fine Arts Center on the Newman campus.
“Join us as we travel in time back to some of your favorite decades with songs we all know and love,” said Newman Director of Music Deanne Zogleman. “We’ll travel back to the 50s and Dick Clark’s ‘American Bandstand,’ the fabulous 40s and a USO show, the 60s and the Peace Movement, and of course the 80s, a decade with music that is still well-loved and sung, just to name a few. It’s perfect entertainment for the whole family.”
Admission is $10 for adults, and $5 for students college age and below. Newman students are free with a student ID.
Tickets are available at the door. The box office will open at 7 p.m. each evening.
