Newman University to host Career Fair April 2

Newman University will host a Career Fair in early April that will provide opportunities for individuals to research career fields and available positions with various area companies. The Career Fair is April 2, from 3:30 – 6 p.m. and will feature several businesses that could provide new jobs for those in the job market. The Career Fair, which is free and open to the public, will be held in the Dugan-Gorges Conference Center inside the Dugan Library and Campus Center on the Newman University campus.

Area college students and members of the public are encouraged to attend in professional attire with extra copies of their resumes. In addition, Career Fair planners are organizing various workshops and events on campus prior to the fair to assist students with resume, interviewing skills, and professional preparation for the event.

A full list of businesses registered for the Career Fair and additional details about the event can be found at www.newmanu.edu/careerfair. Exhibitors are updated weekly. In addition, exhibitors still have time to register for a booth and may do so by visiting www.newmanu.edu/careerfair. Registrations will be accepted through March 26.
