Newman University faculty and staff are invited to be a part of “Don Your Denims for Kyle Day,” a city-wide jeans day. Participants are asked to donate at least $3 to wear their jeans to work. All of the proceeds from the day go to the Children’s Organ Transplant Association on behalf of Kyle Hicks, the 17-year-old Wichita boy who suffers from a severe skin disease. He has received much media coverage lately.

Here’s how it works – a donation box will be available in the Office of Human Resources, 202 Sacred Heart Hall, from July 30 to Aug. 1.
