Newman Administrative Assistant to the Vice President for Enrollment Management Linda Fields recently received an award for her long-time commitment to the Wichita chapter of Continental Societies, Inc. The organization is made up of local citizens who volunteer their time to help young people including special needs and emotionally challenged youth through outreach programs in youth centers, schools, pediatric wards and homes for the delinquent.
Fields received the award June 23, when Continental officials made a surprise visit to Newman. The award reads, “For your support for making a difference in the life of children.”
