Newman University celebrated the spring and summer 2010 graduation with a variety of activities.
Commencement was held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 15 at the Central Community Church, 6100 W. Maple. On the night before, Friday, May 14, the Nursing Pinning ceremony recognizing graduating BSN students was held at 5 p.m. in Performance Hall of the De Mattias Fine Arts Center. Baccalaureate Mass was also held Friday, led by the Most Rev. Michael Jackels, at 7 p.m. in St. John’s Chapel.
