Interested in a master’s degree in business but worried that you don’t have the time? The School of Business at Newman University offers a full-time online Master of Business Administration and part-time online MBA program so that earning a master’s degree in business is quite literally at your fingertips. You can even have the diploma in your hands in as little as 22 months.
“We’ve built it out in a completely online format,” said Dean of the School of Business Brett Andrews, Ph.D.
“So somebody who’s outside of the Wichita service area can now experience the same quality MBA that used to only be available on campus. It can be 100 percent available online, including the student services to go with it.”
The last day to register for next cohort session is Oct. 27; classes begin Oct. 23.
This specialized program is designed to meet one’s professional career goals. The MBA program includes case-study instructional methods for integrating analytical thinking and problem-solving and is combined with evidence-based theory with relevant current best practices.
“The online MBA allows anybody to major in either management or leadership, which are two of our most popular emphases,” Andrews said.
One can earn a business degree with a concentration in finance, management, leadership, and now, healthcare administration, and business analytics.
While next cohort begins in late October, there are other start times.
“There are six entry points during the year for the online cohort, the first of which happens at the end of October,” he said. “And then it’ll go year-round, every eight weeks.”
