Newman University is thrilled to announce a brand new theme for Party on the Plaza, the university’s biggest fundraiser of the year on Sept. 30.

A Roaring 20’s theme will take center stage during an evening of delicious food and drinks, fun games, unique auction items and spectacular entertainment with the singular goal of raising money for Newman University students.

Events Coordinator Abbi Timmermeyer said Party on the Plaza would not be the success it is without the great team behind it.

“We wanted to do something completely different than the Return to Rennaissance theme, something more sophisticated but notable enough that people would enjoy themselves and be a little more engaged,” Timmermeyer said. “After all, a little party never killed nobody.”

Costumes are encouraged but not required for this lively event of the season.
