The halls at Newman University are filling with anticipation for the university’s signature fundraiser. The Party on the Plaza is almost upon us. Have you purchased your tickets yet?
Registration is available online and tickets are $100 each. Don’t forget about the Golden Ticket! For an additional $100 donation, you could be one of 100 people eligible to win a live auction item of your choice before the bidding begins.
The Party on the Plaza is held annually in September and has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for Newman University scholarship funds.
Those who attend the big night are part of a German-style celebration complete with lederhosen, authentic German cuisine, a beer garden, and a wine cellar. Mixed drinks are also available throughout the evening at Carrocci’s Bar.

Of course there will be a live and silent auction to put a little fun competition into the evening. Some of the silent auction items include artwork, fun on the town, golf packages, Newman gear, home decor, photography sessions, fine wines, and even a chance to have some lucky kiddo get a ride to school in a fire truck with Wichita firefighters.
