Those interested have until April 1 to make application to Newman’s Radiologic Technology and Sonography programs for Fall 2011 classes. The Rad Tech program educates students to become radiographers who specialize in the use of x-rays to aid the physician in diagnosis and treatment of diseases. The Sonography Program trains students as highly-skilled professionals who produce patient examinations using diagnostic ultrasound under the supervision of a medicine or osteopathy doctor.
