RSVPs are needed by April 2 for the April 12 “Celebrating 80 Years of Science Education” event. Also, testimonials are needed as soon as possible to honor Professor of Biology Surendra Singh, Ph.D., who is retiring this spring after 45 years of teaching at Newman, and Sisters Margaret Knoeber, ASC (chemistry) and JoAnn Mark, ASC (mathematics) for a book of memories for each.
The event will take place from 4 to 7 p.m., Saturday, April 12, in the Heimerman Science Center on the Newman campus, and will include a program and reception. Send your memories/stories to Sr. Therese Wetta, ASC at [email protected] by March 31.
