On the eve of finals, the Campus Activities Board hosted approximately 225 Newman University students for Breakfast and Bingo Sunday, Dec. 6.
“Breakfast and Bingo is a signature Campus Activities Board event, and an excellent tradition at Newman,” said Mic Brunner, Student Life coordinator.
The Sloppy Joes Improv Troupe’s final performance of the semester kicked off the evening at 9 p.m. in the Jabara Flexible Theatre with more than 150 people in attendance.
At 10 p.m., students gathered in the Mabee Dining Center for a late night breakfast and played bingo to win fabulous prizes.
“Breakfast and Bingo gives students a chance to relax and have fun before finals begin,” Brunner said. “CAB provides over 25 prizes for students to win, ranging from QT gift cards to an iPad Mini or new TV.”
The Campus Activities Board hosts Breakfast and Bingo every semester before finals. Great Western Dining provided the Dec. 6 meal, which was served to students by members of the Newman cabinet.
