YourConroeNews.com, a web site published by Your Houston News of Houston, Texas, ran a story Sunday, June 26 featuring Kendall Anderson, who won the women’s high school golf championship at the Class 4A Texas state tournament in May. Anderson has signed to play golf and pursue a sports communication degree at Newman University, beginning in fall 2011.
Anderson said that following a recruiting visit to Newman last October she, “fell in love with the team, the campus, the atmosphere and what the school had to offer. I knew that was the school I wanted to play for.” Read the full story.
