Two families fighting poverty in the Wichita community call for your help.

Newman University partnered with Habitat for Humanity and the Catholic Diocese of Wichita to help two families in need of a new home. Both families are headed by working single mothers who are fighting to keep their children in school and keep them safe.

To volunteer for this project, reserve a time slot through the Wichita Habitat for Humanity website at http://www.wichitahabitat.org/volunteer/volunteer-opportunities/.

Volunteer slots are available from Sept. 15 through Oct. 17
