Newman University will host the 2013 Wichita Business Journal “Newsmakers” celebration, from 5 to 7 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 30, 2014, in the Dugan-Gorges Conference Center.
“Newsmakers” is an annual event celebrating Wichita business men and women who made news the previous year. Newman has co-sponsored and hosted the event for several years. The 2014 event will include drinks and hors d’ oeuvres. Tickets must be purchased by Jan. 24.
