Students, faculty and staff gathered for fellowship and prayerful reflection during the “Journey of Faith” Interfaith Prayer Breakfast Thursday, Feb. 10.
The complimentary breakfast included readings and prayers from scripture as well as a reading from the Koran, intentions from the Newman community and personal reflections from men’s soccer coach Cliff Brown and Sarah Evans, professor of biology.
The Newman Troubadours performed “Prepare Ye the Way of the Lord” and “I Sing Because I’m Happy.” Both songs were directed by music director Deanne Zogleman.
