On Oct. 26 numerous Newman student groups will join together to host the event “Heimerman Halloween Odyssey (H2O)” in the Heimerman Science Center. The event is scheduled from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and is open to the public. All are encouraged to come and enjoy a safe atmosphere for children to trick or treat, learn science, and have fun together.
While the event is free, a canned food item is requested for admittance. The canned food items will be distributed to a local charity. Newman will continue to collect canned food items in Heimerman Science Center until Nov. 2.
The Heimerman Halloween Odyssey is sponsored by Newman’s Student Government Association, T&T Science Classes, Medical Professions Club, and Chemistry Club.
