Space Law 101 – Elsbeth Magilton

Elsbeth Magilton is the Executive Director of the Space, Cyber, and Telecommunications law programs at the University of Nebraska College of Law. There she oversees program development and strategic growth, program budgets, government and commercial collaborations, research projects and proposals, the Manfred Lachs Moot Court Competition team, online classroom structure and technology deployment, and serves as the main on-campus contact for LL.M., J.S.D. and J.D. students specializing in space, cyber, or telecommunications law.
