De-stress with Yoga

Come attend yoga for mental health to stretch and breathe your stress away (and bring your own mat, if you have one)!

This event will be held outdoors on Founder’s Plaza. In case of inclement weather, it will be held in the Dugan-Gorges Conference Center.

This event is brought to you by the Mental Health Advocacy Team and CAB.
