National Nanometer Day with Chemistry Club

The Newman Chemistry Club will host a multi-activity event to celebrate National Nanometer Day from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 13 outside the Bishop Gerber Science Center.
Chem Club will bring back the annual 100 billion nanometer dash — where students, faculty and staff can all participate to see how fast they can run 100 billion nanometers or 100 meters. This year also features new activities, including the 10 billion nanometer disc toss, games of nanometer corn hole and nanometer spike ball.
Snacks and drinks included.
