Sarah Kroger Concert

November 4, 2015 | 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm

The Campus Ministry Office at Newman University has chosen Sarah Kroger to be the artist at this year’s annual fall concert.  In years past, the department has hosted a diverse group of Christian artists from throughout the country.

In her hometown of Melbourne, Florida, Kroger participated in many different school and church choirs. She began writing her own music when she attended Rollins College, and began performing at Life Teen Camps and the Steubenville Youth Conferences. Her songs, she says, are meant to “…create a space for people to encounter God in an authentic, personal way.”

The opener for the concert will be Newman student, Nate Siple.  The concert is free to the public, and will be held in St. John’s Chapel on the Newman University campus at 7:30PM on November 4th with Mass and a reception to follow.
