The annual St. John Henry Newman High Tea, traditionally held during Heritage Month, pays homage to the English heritage of Newman University’s namesake.
The event typically consists of a buffet of handmade English treats, tea and a platter of smoked salmon. The Newman community gathers in fellowship, many donning great hats, to celebrate Newman’s heritage.
This year, Newman University wasn’t able to hold the traditional event so instead, a video tribute to the long-standing tradition was created.
