Newman University will present the dinner theater play “Murder on the Menu” Oct. 18, 19, 25 and 26 in the De Mattias Fine Arts Center.

All “Murder on the Menu” performances will take place in the Jabara Flexible Theatre inside the fine arts center on the Newman University campus. Public performances begin at 7 p.m. each Friday and Saturday.

Written by Bill Hand, “Murder on the Menu” features Artemus Ward, head of the family publishing business, who falls face-first into his mashed potatoes, revealing a knife in his back. Newly elected county coroner Dr. Bullfinger takes the lead on the murder investigation that turns into a Whodunit mystery for audience members to interactively enjoy.
