Newman University to stage 24-Hour Theatre Jan. 31 – Feb. 1
The Newman University Theatre Department is preparing to stage the third annual 24-hour Theatre Project. The activity will begin Friday, Jan. 31 and finish with performances of original productions at 8 p.m. Feb. 1, in the Jabara Flexible Theatre, inside the De Mattias Fine Arts Center on the Newman campus.
Newman holds Fall 2013 Graduation ceremonies
The Newman University Fall 2013 Commencement took place Dec. 14 at Central Community Church, 6100 W. Maple. The ceremony included the awarding of degrees to 45 candidates for associate’s degrees, 98 candidates for bachelor’s degrees, and 50 candidates for master’s degrees.
Newman introduces new Master of Science in Education – Organizational Leadership degree

Newman University students receive Forty & Eight nursing scholarships
