Newman University Professor of Biology Surendra Singh, Ph.D. was among several Wichita area health care practitioners, educators and supporters honored as the 2013 “Health Care Heroes” by the Wichita Business Journal. The group was recognized at an Oct. 17 banquet. Singh was one of two who were honored in the Lifetime Achievement category.
