Members of Newman Campus Ministry recently performed a rap from a scene in the TV show, “Parks and Recreation.”
Let’s rewind …
Campus Ministry held a challenge to encourage participation during Newman Giving Day on Feb/ 28. Thanks to generous donors, the Metanoia Fund successfully reached its goal of raising $5,000, with a total of $5,409 being raised.
In exchange, Emily Simon, assistant director of Campus Ministry and the Honors Program agreed to perform a rap titled “Parents Just Don’t Understand” from “Parks and Recreation.”
