Despite the global challenges we’ve faced in the last two years, the support we’ve received has allowed Newman University students, alumni, faculty and staff to continue to soar to new heights throughout 2021.
Faculty and staff went above and beyond the call of duty, not only in the classroom but also in finding door-opening opportunities for students. Our students, in turn, rose to meet the challenges and landed on the right path to begin their future endeavors.

Service is one of the pillars of Newman, and everyone from outstanding students to hardworking staff contribute to this selfless form of work. We would like to give special thanks to our founders, the Adorers of the Blood of Christ, whose faithful and continued prayer helps fuel us to reach beyond our perceived limitations.
Athletics
Core values of competitive excellence, investment in development, academic success and serving others are all present in the lives of our student-athletes. Even obstacles like overcoming health challenges and coming back from injury couldn’t put a damper on our community-wide Jet pride.
