Wichita campus closing at 3 p.m. Wednesday

Due to inclement weather, the Newman University Wichita campus will close at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 20. All classes and activities are cancelled effective 3 p.m. The university will be closed and classes are cancelled all day Thursday, Feb. 21. The university will reopen and classes will resume Friday, Feb.22.

Tim Hanson named new NU Sports Information Director

The Newman University Fall 2012 Commencement ceremony was held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 15, 2012 at Central Community Church, 6100 W. Maple. A total of 178 candidates for degrees were honored in the ceremony, including 37 candidates for associate’s degrees, 99 candidates for bachelor’s degrees, and 42 candidates for master’s degrees.
